Before you buy, we will be happy to advise you personally and give you clear, customised product recommendations. In addition, a technical requirements analysis is carried out before the repair phase begins. This needs analysis includes an examination of the welding process, the materials, the pipe dimensions and the flushing times.
Depending on the application and internal pipe diameter, our forming systems are used: ASS®- Opti M (Flex, Single, Flange) for smaller internal pipe diameters, ASS®- Opti (Flex, Fix, Single, Flange) in the medium range or ASS®- Prime for large internal pipe diameters. This gives you a forming solution that suits your application and works reliably in practice.
Repair, service & maintenance
Holzer ASS® supports equipment and systems during operation - with repair and maintenance of welding equipment, torches, extraction technology and PPE. We are also happy to visit you on site with our service bus. We also calibrate in accordance with EN60974-14, including test reports, and carry out safety inspections.

Technical precision and proven partnerships
High-quality welding processes require precise measurements. Holzer ASS® uses residual oxygen measuring devices such as Oxy EVO and Oxy Smart, which precisely record the residual oxygen content during the moulding process. The measured values are used for internal control, quality assurance and verification for testing authorities.
Holzer ASS® cooperates with proven manufacturers from the welding technology sector such as EWM, REHM, Jankus, ORBITEC and TEKA. This range is complemented by advice, service, accessories and training for all devices. Our own many years of experience in the development of forming systems and our co-operation with established manufacturers have created a sound technical basis that users can rely on in day-to-day operations.
