3-in-1 forming solution for pipe inner diameter-Ø 9 mm - 320 mm
The ASS®- Opti series in a case combines three moulding solutions in one set: ASS®- Opti, ASS®- Opti M and ASS®- Moulding plugs. This provides you with a forming system in a case for almost all common pipe inside diameters from 9-320 mm ready. The case system is designed for workshop and assembly, covers straight sections, pipe bends and flange connections and is quickly ready for use.

What the ASS®- Opti series in case includes
ASS®- Pipe and moulding plugs in a case handy and clearly organised. In addition to the pipe plugs, the case contains shielding gas fingers, double taps, transition piece 1/4″ RE (argon) to 3/8″LI (forming gas) and 2×4 m gas hose with 1/4″ connection and quick-release coupling. The structured case system reduces set-up time. Ideal for construction sites and workshops: positioning, connecting the gas line, forming - clean, reproducible, without rework.
