After positioning the forming unit (localisation of the pipe centre using phosphor tape on the connecting hose), the two forming bags (primary and secondary bag) are filled with forming gas or air.

One system for 6 applications
The 6 application options that have been developed for the „gas outlet at the rear“ & „gas outlet at the front“ involve the possibility of adapting the direction of the gas outlet to the respective situation.
In the „rear gas outlet“ application, the purging of the forming chamber is controlled via the primary bag and the blow-out via the secondary bag. The position of the sintered metal in this forming unit is used for efficient purging of the forming chamber.
In the „front gas outlet“ application, the purging of the forming chamber and the blow-out are controlled via the primary bag. The position of the sintering metal is decisive for the purging of the oxygen.
The T-PANEL application is similar to the "BACK OUTLET" and "FRONT OUTLET". With the horizontally mounted forming unit, the blow-out direction can be selected as required. The individual moulding bubble is designed so that flushing of the moulding chamber and blow-out is possible in this application.
As the word "REDUCTION" suggests, this application involves welding pipes with different pipe dimensions together. The blow-out direction can be selected individually.
The FINAL application is used where flushing of the moulding chamber and blow-out must take place on one side.
The WATERPROOFING application is used to seal pipelines, such as those used in swimming pool construction to localise leaks or when extending existing pipelines.
System overview (rear air outlet)
Gas supply line complete with pull rope, double branch valve for filling hose and gas hose as well as connection to the gas cylinder, filling hose with pressure gauge and pressure relief valve. Plug-in connections to primary bag with screwable chain link.
A cover hose encases the filling hose, gas hose and pull rope with screwable chain link for safe and easy handling. Available in 3 lengths (10m, 20m and 30m). Special lengths can also be manufactured on request. Standard length is 10m.
Primary bag with plug-in connections for filling and gas hoses as well as a pull loop for secure positioning and removal of the forming unit in and out of the pipe, plug-in connections for sintered metal and pull loop for connecting cable.
Connecting hose with Phosporband (30cm/60cm) and with plug connections to secondary bag and sintered metal.

Sintered metal with plug-in connections to primary bag and connecting hose
