For forming flanges from ¾" to 6" (19mm - 168mm)
The ASS®– Case for flanges up to 6 inches is for pipe diameters of 19–168 mm designed and contains the appropriate ASAs®- Forming solutions for flange applications in a set. Included are basic units for ASS®- Opti Flange and ASS®- Opti M flange, matching sealing washers for ASS®- Opti and ASS®– Opti-M, the mini shielding gas cylinder, as well as the gas hose and aluminium sealing tape for on-site application. The components are housed in a case with a foam insert and are protected during transport. This means the required parts for various flange and pipe dimensions are readily available to hand. Without having to assemble the basic system individually before each application, you simply need to fit the matching sealing washers for the respective internal pipe diameter.
