Universal system
for pipe Ø 43 mm - 218 mm
The universal system consists of a four-lip sealing element made of high-temperature-resistant silicone for sealing in the pipe (increased degree of sealing and stability in pipe bends). The system is temperature-resistant up to +330°C and has a connection for measuring probes to measure the residual oxygen content.

Functionality
The shielding gas is introduced through the hose connection (a) and distributed via the diffuser (b), the residual oxygen escapes via the front disc holder (c), where the hole for the measuring probe of the residual oxygen measuring device is provided. The system is positioned in the pipe using the pull rope.
The sealing discs (d) and the diffuser (b) can be exchanged as required for a wide range of pipe diameters.
